This is ours using ikea and my husband then making it look custom built by adding trims and paneling to sides.

Have you looked at the Billie IKEA cabinets? We haven't done it yet but are going to do something similar to this.

My hubby built this for me. We bought the fireplace and painted it to match the colour of the custom wood, then built around it. Mind you, he is a cabinet maker, so that helped!
