We grow vertical, the system we have we got when we bought our greenhouse from a strawberry farm that went out of business.

I use whatever I can find - I'd rather recycle than buy. Cat litter buckets, milk cartons, old storage containers, cat litter boxes, you name it!

I don't have my greenhouse built yet, but i have a source for very cheap blue plastic drums, which make great planters if you cut them in half and drill some holes in the bottom. Might cut some handles into them this year to make them easier to move around.

Mine is by my house, and I wanted it to look nice. They are pricey, but should last a lot longer than wood. I have vego, olle, and vegega beds. They are all excellent, but the vegega are usually cheaper when on sale. These photos were when we were building and just putting all the beds together.
