Hello hello! So I am taking a group of MBA students (ages 25-40) to Italy next week. We have an amazing itinerary over 8 days and everything is booked and confirmed except for one business visit in Milan. At this point, I'm kind of tired of trying to get it confirmed and am thinking about using the Monday morning as kind of an Amazing Race scavenger hunt.
I'm trying to think of a handful of fun things I could have them do to experience cool businesses or learn cool facts. It will be myself and two other faculty/staff so we could potentially be at 3 separate sites at any given time. I am thinking of having them do the same tasks/visits but in separate orders, and then whoever ends up at the one location at the end wins.
Looking for some additional ideas! We are already going to Armani/Silos, The Last Supper painting, Duomo, stock exchange, Via Monte Napoleone, and some other places as a group. Any cool ideas for more off-the-beaten-path things.
Any cool ideas for more off-the-beaten-path things?!

If you want a totally different experience in milan that foesnt fit anything you asked for but I think is amazing. The therme spa in the center of Milan is so cool. You get 5 hrs to wander through a ton of spa rooms and hot tubs and then you get a few drinks and a light meal at the end. Comes woth robes and slippers and towels and lockers. The facility is wonderful. Though their website is confusing. Book the wellness experience and go take a day off

Add in things like take a pic with a businessman on the way to work, a local soccer shirt or authentic grandma like the pic on pasta sauce jar ( bonus point for closest to real image). I did one in Turkey for my b ball team and added in bonus points for pics of authentic food or treats that I added at bottom of sheet in the Turkish language. It made them interact with locals and pics were great to share after.

How about having them search for ingredients that are rare in Italy, like peanut butter and Cheerios? Find a Nonna and get the recipe to a treasured dish? Or record a 20 to 40-year-old with an iPhone and ask them questions about their career?

Have them locate the only Starbucks in Milan… nothing like the ones in the states… not far from the Duomo.
