Looking for recommendations for a mid-range one-night Halong Bay cruise

I know there are day trips but would prefer to take it easy.

We took a single night cruise using Byaha Cruises and we loved it! We did some a shore excursion on a smaller boat, had a cooking class, entertainment, and tai chi on board, and enjoyed meeting a few other couples. There were only 12 guests total, the food was amazing, and overall it was a wonderful experience!
