I do not agree to create a new GMB profile for your PPC agency using the same address. This is because each business can only have one GMB profile with a specific physical address.

You can manage it technically, say update the existing GMB profile for your junk removal business to include information about your PPC agency. This way, you can promote both businesses under one profile. You can add your PPC agency as a separate service within your existing GMB profile.

Also, if you want to keep your PPC agency as a separate entity, you can consider using a virtual office address or a coworking space as the address for your PPC agency's GMB profile. This way, you can create a separate GMB profile for your PPC agency without conflicting with the address used for your junk removal business.

This shouldn't be affected by the possum algorithm seen as they're non competing niches occupying the same physical address. I have three businesses with identical addresses at a HQ, all rank fine for their differing niches.
