How long does it take a publisher to review a manuscript?

Give them 4-6 months, unless their website says otherwise.

The 3 publishers I’ve worked with take about a week, at the most, 2.

Typically you’re allowed to nudge after 12 weeks. But only if they don’t have an ETA listed in their submission guidelines.
