The web page just says there is a problem so I tried downloading the app and am now getting this.
Anyone else with OvO and struggling to log in to give meter reading?
I’m with Eon and tried for nearly 2 weeks to submit a reading, my app wouldn’t let me submit one, woke up yesterday to see they’d sent me an estimated bill instead, straight on the phone to them with a meter reading and they’ve re credited my account with nearly £300….so just be careful and if you have same problem, phone them.
I’m with So and haven’t been able to submit a reading online in months. I think they’ve done it deliberately to try to force customers to get a smart meter.
