Hi All. I'm going to London with my 9yr old and 6yr old. Have booked warner bros harry potter tour for first day and maddam tussauds for second day.
I've never been to London before so looking for any suggestions of options to maybe do nearby either of those places.
Will be staying in Watford for the first day then making our way back to Stansted Airport the second day to return home.

Madame Tussaud’s is directly next to Baker Street station so pretty much all of central London is accessible from there as several tube lines run through it. Maybe head to Piccadilly Circus and walk down to Lego store, M&M World and the movie statue trial in Leicester Square or as someone else suggested Westminster has a lot of the main sites close together “Big Ben” London Eye Westminster Abbey and you can easily walk to Buckingham Palace.
Watford is a far way out of London. Tbh there is nothing close to HPW apart from the M25 . Which MT are u going to.
Maddam thussauds is Baker Street, you also have the sherlock Holmes museum/House there just around the corner and can easily walk to regents Park too.
Harry Potter can take most of the day. I wouldn't try to fit in too much else on that day and Watford hasn't got much else around if I'm honest.
Madame Tussards will be about 90 mins to 2 hours. You can get tube from Baker Street to Green Park, straight Jubilee line and then Green Park is right next to Buckingham Palace, so see that and then walk down the mall, down Whitehall past Horse guards and Downing st, and into Westminster to see London eye, Westminster abbey, Big ben. Then you can get tube again from Westminster or Waterloo.
