My baby of seven month have refused to suck breast since yesterday night, he did not suck all through the night, same thing this morning. I had to extract the breast milk in a bottle and he took it, but he did not feed directly from my breast.

Please what is the issue and the way forward.

Birth weight is 3.3kg and current weight is 8.4kg.

The solution is not introducing bottle feeding. It's always best to breastfeed directly from the breasts to avoid nipple confusion

Ensure that the breastfeeding technique is good and baby is properly latched onto the breasts
