Good-morning doctor, please my daughter of 27 month is very active, she can receit the alphabet from a to z and can also receit the numbers 1 to 20, identify colours and shape and can even identify the numbers and the alphabet even mix up, she can say mummy and daddy can even mention my own name, her own name and most of the children in the house names.. she can ask questions like: What is this? Who is this? and can answer the questions too.

Every errands you send her she will go she can even sing and dance but she can not make any sentences... Please, should I be worried?

Your question is contradictory. If your child is asking questions and answering questions, then she's making sentences.

A 2year old should be able to combine short phrases and I think your child is already doing that.
