Hi doctors, Please, My baby is 5-Month-Old and my breast milk just stopped all of a sudden, Please what can I do? Though I tried feeding him nan 1 for the first time he vomited it.
Bw 3.9kg
Weight as at 3 month :6.6kg.

To boost your breastmilk supply you need lots of rest (endeavour to avoid stress & anxiety), take lots of fluids like water, eating balanced diet adequately as well as breastfeeding on demand/often because the more baby sucks on the breasts the more milk will flow.
Ensure you put baby to breast on demand and allow baby to empty one breast before changing to the other one.
Make sure your baby is WELL ATTACHED to the breasts and not just sucking on the nipples but the whole nipple and the areola. You may want to watch our breastfeeding videos first.
