Good afternoon doctors, thanks for your good help here. Please I just stop my baby if 16month yesterday from sucking and my breast is very heavy, full with milk, and is also paining me. Please what can I use that can dry up the milk, please the pain is much.

That's normal.

You can take paracetamol. Wear firm bra. You can use warm compress to get out some of the milk.

It will get better in a couple of days.
