I have the best pair of Adidas… Choose the pair that is more soft and gentle to your feet with best support to your ankle and sole.

You don't want pain and blisters in your feet.

This are mine one senseboost go Adidas

I was suffering during a two month trip to Europe with a pair of Nikes then I discovered this ones in Russia and thrown away the Nikes.

This pair worked amazing for hiking in the alps. During that trip I walked 300km per month.

I'm a barefoot shoe enthusiastic and just spent 10 months and walked/hiked 1500km while traveling in Europe on barefoot shoes. No regrets. They're not nice in cities tho, but hiking was amazing and enjoyable.

I take a pair of "approach" shoes and lightweight, waterproof hiking boots/shoes.

Scarpa walking shoes!! Don't go for running shoes you need walking shoes. Unless you're running with your backpack on. You need comfortable but hard wearing soles as you're carrying weight. Don't buy cheap. Anything less than £100 is too cheap.

Will it rain? Than gore tex runner shoes. Or just running shoes. For no stink - baby puder with parfume and sodium bicarbonate.
