Hey everyone .. I'm looking at going to Europe for 1 month around July-Aug and was after some advice or suggestions.
Normally when everyone is talking about Europe I mostly see people about cities to visit. I definitely want to see some cities but also very interested in more rural places with natural scenery. Mountains, lakes, forests etc.
I'm pretty open to different countries but my rough route I've been planning is starting in Amsterdam, maybe Denmark, through Germany to Prague (possibly Poland first), then down through Austria to Dubrovnik and back to Netherlands.
Obviously I'm a foreigner and will be backpacking so don't necessarily need to get too remote or far away from civilization but any suggestions of nice places roughly along that route would be much appreciated!
Thanks
Any suggestions of nice places roughly along that route in Europe?

Switzerland but its more expensive there.

In the Netherlands the natural scenary is relatively boring I would say, near Maastricht and Bergen op Zoom its nice I would say. Since its close to Belgium I would recommend you the Ardennes too. In Austria you should go to Tirol, Kärnten and Hallstatt.
