Is there a company that can help design covers?

Apologies as I'm sure this has been answered a thousand times but is there a company that can help design covers? I have the drawings but need to add in the title etcetera?

Oh and if possible, not solely a US one?

There are lots of them. Lots of individuals too. Google can be your friend on this front. Or you can go to a marketplace like Reedsy to find someone to hire.

99Designs ... you describe your book and offer a prize. Artists compete for your work. I used it for my first book and the artist that won still does my covers (which I'm confident is a big reason my books sell)
