How can I prolong the life of my baking trays please?

I always dry mine of for five minutes in a warm oven... stops any rust.

Baking paper is great as it makes them much easier to keep clean, just dispose of paper! Make sure they are nonstick and don’t use any sharp objects in them!

I have 2 stainless steel ones they come up like new , leave them to soak for a bit and you can use a brillo pad for any tough bits.

I saw a program of them making nonStick tins, they said when they are new they are not nonstick this comes with use (oil build up). They said do not put in a dishwasher. Wash with soapy water using a soft cloth not a scouring pad. (Inside the factory)
