Just booked a city break in Liverpool for 2 nights - looking for recommendations of what to see/where to visit!
Also good restaurants.
Many thanks in advance.

The Bridewell is a bar in old prison cells which was quite cool. Other than that I don’t remember much as my sister and I really enjoyed trying out as many bars as possible.
Baltic Market for a bit of atmosphere, food or drink!
Bold Street for food, so many options on one street with every cuisine you can think of!
Albert Dock for a little stroll around, you can also find the wheel at the Albert dock.
Castle street for nice drinks and cocktails. Or Mathew Street if you want to feel like your in Benidorm
I live here so if you have any questions just ask! Xa

I went to an awesome Greek restaurant called Christakis when there last August.
Food was amazing. We had a set menu for 2, cost about £65 but the food just kept coming! Fantastic value.
Atmosphere was amazing with proper Greek dancing etc they even got a conga dancing outside in the street and it was only 9pm!!

Stadium tour, Beatles bus Tour, Ferry across the Merseyside (cheap and cheerful). Food, El Gato Negro, Gusto, Hanover St Social, Mowgli, Maray (the list is endless), panaramic 34.
For drinks, seel street has an amazing choice, Alma De Cuba, Be at Ones, Alcotraz, Mean Eyed cat bar, Kazimier Garden, Zanzibar, and so on. It's next to concert Square /slayer st/ Wood St.
Mathew St also.
I'd highly recommend the museums too.
Ghetto golf/baltic triangle another lovely place.

Go on the open top bus tour first as this gives you an insight on where to visit. We stayed for six nights and still didn't get to visit every where. Enjoy, it is a great city. PS. There is an all you can eat restaurant not far from the Railway stations by the big radio tower which is great. Sorry cannot remember what it is called.
