My daughter is becoming so hairy

Good evening doc. My daughter is becoming so hairy. I started noticing this when she clocked 6months,she has hairs all over her face hands legs, back I mean literally every where although both parents are hairy especially I the mom we are hairy in our family but I get worried when people look at her and ask me to stop whatever I’m using on her body that it makes her so hairy.

I want to ask if baby products or food makes babies hairy like that especially all over their face?

You may want to see a Paediatrician preferably a Paediatric Endocrinologist in one of the Teaching hospital for proper evaluation to decide if the hairiness is within normal or abnormal and if abnormal the cause and they can decide appropriate intervention.

It is VERY UNLIKELY related to any skin products but more likely genetic or endocrine disorders.
