Hi all. I’m super new to the forum and in desperate need of help. I’ve had loose stools going on 7 weeks. I’ve had blood and fecal tests and nothing is showing as abnormal.
I’m booked in for a colonoscopy and gastroscopy, but they aren’t for a few months. I’ve tried cutting out foods, having ACV and probiotics.
I’m feeling really defeated.
I don’t know what to do or what tests I can take to see what’s going on. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Have you had a naturopath read the results?
Quite often GP’s ‘normal’ range is different to what a naturopath would recommend & if everything is a little bit out your body is going to be feeling that in a big way. Just a idea that’s helped me many times when the doc has said ‘everything is normal’. Good luck x

I had a similar run (no pun intended) and GP suggested low FODMAP which didn’t help, but what did help was using advice I got from a friend. She suggested that (other than onion) I eat only veggies grown underground. This was a game changer. I had a good fortnight of solid stools, then I was able to try 1 veg at a time to see what was causing the upset.
Concurrently, my remedial masseuse worked on my ileocecal valve ( the valve between small and large intestine). Between the two interventions, I have regular bowel movements with good form. Best of luck.
