Could this material contain asbestos?

Hi just wondering if anyone knows what material this is. House built late 70s, entire house is built from it and quite common in my area, I thought they're just concrete sheeting but wondering could they contain asbestos? I hate the look of it, what are my solutions? Is it ARTEX?

Could well be asbestos. Any access to a hole to take a look at the reverse side? Typically it has a Hessian texture - broad pattern

It could just be a standard flat concrete sheets that has has rendering applied to make it look more expensive/decorative.
