Hello all, not sure if people would remember but I posted about 4weeks ago about giving my boyfriend £10k and feeling bad about it afterwards.

I went back to him recently asking for it as I needed to sort out something important urgently. Well, he asked if I wanted to borrow it from him. I'm heartbroken.

I mean I gave him this money out of the goodness of my heart and now that I need help, he wants to borrow me the same money.

I am really so stupid. Never again!

Do you have any proof you gave him the money to begin with? If you do then get it back off him by whatever means necessary be that "borrowing" and then tell him goodbye. Personally I'd report him to the Police for fraud.

Could you not say yes to borrowing it and then never give it back and when he asks for it tell him it was yours in the first place and you won’t be paying him for anything!

If you did a bank transfer then ask to borrow it back then keep it as you have proof he coerced you under false pretense.

Just tell him you’re borrowing it back and then keep it, if he knows you’re struggling and is only willing to lend you the money back then get rid of him as well.
