Need some advice, been at a plateau for about 6 weeks. Can't figure out how to get out of it. Intermittent fasting isn't working tried it. Some suggestions that may be any of you tried that has kicked you back into losing again.

Make a pledge to track all food for 2 weeks. Try eliminating dairy or at least limiting cheese to only 2 ounces per day. Watch out for nuts, it is easy to overdo. If I get stuck, I'll eliminate nuts for a few weeks also (that includes nut flours). Increase water consumption. Break out the food scale and weigh and track everything you eat. Tell yourself it is only two weeks, you can take the time to weigh and track. After a few days of tracking everything, you may see where your issues are.

Welcome to the Suck. It happens. It’s one of the reasons why strongly believe that the numbers are a trap.

Lock away the scale for a month. Practice healthy behaviors making them the objective and determination of success.

You’ll keep the weight off.
