Good day Doctors. Please what can cause a 3 years old child to be eating almost every 30... 30 minute she keep complaining she is not full and her stomach is big.

Is the stomach big from over eating or even with no food? You can see a Paediatrician if you are worried about it

So is there any reason to give the child food every 30 minutes? You can say No and ensure the child eats at regular meal times provided the child eat adequate amount of food at each meal. It seems to me it is a behaviour issue. If there are other developmental concerns, see a Developmental Paediatrician for further evaluation and management.
