Hello, good morning!
My 3-month-old baby seems to have less of an appetite. Drinking about 15oz of milk. She is having wet diapers (about 4-5) and stools (1-2). she eats about 6 times a day, not the recommended 8 times. And she is not drinking the recommended 24oz a day either.
It’s been like this for about 2 weeks. She’s also having trouble going down for naps.

Recommendations is just a guide. As long as the child is gaining adequate weight on what she is eating, there is no need to worry.
The most objective evidence of the child getting enough milk is weight gain.
What is the current weight of the child?
