I am wondering if anyone has recommendations of where to have a small celebration on one of the Greek islands

My husband and I will be celebrating our 10 year anniversary next year so don’t need to have a full wedding but are hoping for a private dinner or something along those lines for a vow renewal with some friends and family.

Even if you have had a small wedding I would love to hear which venue! Ideally avoiding Santorini and Mykonos as those are now quite crowded and we already visited them on our honeymoon (I have looked into Ios Club and Ostria Inn in Naxos so far)

Not sure about any venues, but I loved Crete when I visited last summer. Chania and Heraklion were both great cities!

Naxos is so beautiful, a smaller beachy island. Very relaxed atmosphere. We stayed at the Iria Beach art Hotel. Very nice and wonderful breakfast each morning.

New to this Travel community but find ourselves in Athens now and on our way to Santorini today and then Crete. We’ve also heard about Hydra and may look there as well.

Angsana in Corfu is a beautiful resort with a Michelin star chef (Botrini’s)

Milos is one of our favorite islands. Some amazingly beautiful places. Sarakiniko is beautiful! We stayed over in Pollonia but traveled all over the island. We also loved Naxos. Both islands were gorgeous and not overrun with tourists. Happy to share more if you have questions.
