Has anyone bought of them before?
I am worried I’ll not get them vs the royal mint.
TIA
I am currently looking at coins on ‘the Westminster collection’ for a Mother’s Day present
I had the some delivered the other day, they took about week to get here, nite be due to all the snow we had.
Be careful with Westminster- My nan ordered one over the phone and paid at the time. A month later they sent her an invoice(she got panicked) stating that she owed them £30, then a coin turned upin the post with another invoice saying she now owed them £60. (the first coin she brought was only £10. I called them and had words, their explanation was that when you buy anything with them you sign up for an account and they will send you more coins when they feel like (either as part of the same collection or a new one they think will interest you) and obviously invoice you for the coins that will always cost more (bit like when you buy a magazine collection) if you don't want the coin you can obviously return it BUT YOU have to pay the return postage and due to the cost you have to send them tracked and not only that the coins are not legal currency in the UK but they are in Gurnsey - which is where they are based and needs to be returned their so it not easy or cheap. They are also NOT an investment - more of an sentimental item.
I had a lot of issuses with them and even after returning coins, asking for them to close the account and not to send any more advertising to her - Still have letters come monthly over 2 years later and my nan has since passed and still have them.
