.. but with P&P they are over £10.

Last year for Father’s Day I found a free offer, just pay postage - has anyone seen anything similar this year?

Find a local printer, every town has one. Google local t-shirt printers they usually do them. My friend does them for a fiver xx

Something a little different but have you considered a stainless steel keyring with an engraved photo on. I got one for my sister and had words engraved on the other side too.

I bought one for my nephew a couple of years ago and it was under £10. Try Asda website.
