She is sixty two. Doesn't like pretty things, makeup, clothes, jewellry, perfume, ornaments, she cant read books much at moment, has cataracs. Loves cats, movies, some music but nt into CDs, but adores her family.

She is disabled so doesn't go out much, hates the pain.

Any ideas I an do to make a nice gift that she will love?

she don't like things n her wall either.xx

A special photo book made up of family photos? Once her cataracts are removed she can see them better.

An audio book on cd. As she has cataracts & can't read, maybe she'd like to listen to a book. I've just bought 3 for £10 from The Works (or £3.99 each). XX

A digital picture frame? You can upload all the pictures from your family and its flicks trough them? Or one of those calendars you can decorate yourself.. you put the pictures in and the kids could decorate around it?

What about digital book that reads to her. DVD play whereby she can play her own music, afternoon tea for two.

What about one o f those cushions you can get in ASDA that you have a favourite picture transfered onto at the photo shop. You could have a lovely family photo put on or a pic of her cat.... I did this for my mum at Christmas and she was thrilled. She said it is one of the best gifts she has ever had x

i have a friend that does these, very reasonable prices, she puts the words into shapes, trees, hearts, fruits etc, you could have the family names put into a tree, look for Love Clouds on facebook.
