I have two quotes from famous people I'd like to include in my book. I assume each will need their own page and how large should the fonts be?

(I'm using Times New Roman 12) I'll do the quotes in italics.

Where do I place these two pages when I format my book?

You could paraphrase them by writing “Someone once said” and skip all that.

You would format them just as you did the rest of the book. Since these are apparently extensive quotes, are they in the public domain?
