From July 19, there is a significant drop in the SERP position for many keywords

There are no errors in the search console.

The website is basically a blog about health topics, there are no affiliates, and I am not selling anything.

Does anybody experience a similar issue?

Doesn’t google require you to be a medical professional in order not to punish your website when you’re in the health niche?

Since you did no changes then it may be your competitors optimized their pages and have begun outranking your content

You're right. I'm not sure about getting a manual penalty, but you'll find it really hard to outrank other sites with better authority.
