Please doc, you said it's okay for me to breastfeed whist pregnant as long as I can meet up with the caloric requirements.. but if I should continue.. Will my breast produce colostrum for the new baby coz I heard it's very important?

Yes.

You can continue breastfeeding while pregnant but the body's requirements for breastfeeding and new pregnancy is so high that it may not be easy for you to meet up.

So if you can cope, it's okay to keep breastfeeding. But if not, wean the child and feed her well.
