How did you ascertain the degree of his temperature?
Did you always check by using a thermometer?

Kindly get a thermometer to check, normal body temperature ranges from 36.5 to 37.5 anything above that signifies fever. If your baby is having fever, you can give appropriate dose of paracetamol and if it doesn’t subside after three days kindly proceed to the hospital.
