Can the honey I takes as a breastfeeding mother affect my baby?

Good morning Dr. Please I want to ask? Just as I can't give honey to Children below 1yr, Can the honey I takes as a breastfeeding mother affect my baby?

My baby is 11 days old.

Yes, nursing mothers can take honey as long as you don't give it to the baby below one year.

However it may be safer to stay away from honey till your baby is one year and above to avoid stories that touch.
