Good morning doctor's. Please, my baby of 8 months has been running temperature since on Saturday which I suspect to be because of teeth because her gum is swollen, I have given her paracetamol but it will only calm it for a moment Please is there any other thing I should give her apart from paracetamol?

Did you check the body temperature with a thermometer?
If you check and the temperature is above 37.5, What to do is to Tepid sponge and give appropriate dosage of paracetamol.
