..and unfortunately her Mum is deaf and the hospital haven't got a translator so the pair of them are very confused and overwhelmed with what it going on (the Mums Dad can translate but is not there very often).
Can anyone suggest any FB groups that may help her on her way to help her child on this long, difficult (but achievable) road with plenty of love and guidance.

All hospitals should have access to someone who can sign. Our hospital has a booking system to get access to this.

It would help if we knew the area. My wife is deaf, and I sign British Sign Language & sign supported English and would be happy to help if near me.
