I have a small polycarbonate greenhouse for seedling looking to grow plants after the germination.

Clear works best to allow UV rays to penetrate better.

Definitely White for the Diffusion properties to get better plant light coverage. Only reason for clear is if you have to see inside the GH. If you can find Ripstop, that makes it stronger. As indicated above I would use Shade cloth for the late spring and summer. I just replaced my 20x24x11 hoophouse film w 50% shade cloth 2 days ago.

You might want to get a shade cloth to put over it in the summer though.

Check if you have a local tree nursery or something similar. They often have to change out their plastic every year. We get 40 ×100 for rolls for $60 Canadian, and it lasts at least 5 more years.
