Community garden spot - rent out spaces.

I would grow so many citrus and tropical plants in them.

Commercial growers won't be interested in old plastic covered hoop houses but perhaps some local volunteer groups or individuals might utilize them for free or the cost of water etc. No real commercial or rental value.

Put out locally in town paper if have one see what the community has interest or need for leasing would be best bet for homeowner insurance.
