What do I do with a ton of mosquitoes in the grass around my raised beds?
Soak water in misquito bits and then apply in that area, or you can sprinkle the bits on the ground there. BTi is what your looking for and is highly effective on misquito and gnats.
I've tried other BTi products but misquito bits and dunks are the most effective from what I've seen. I usually just leave the bits or dunks in a reservoir for up to two weeks and keep applying whenever.
Use a compost tea bag or paint strainer to prevent clogging up your nozzle. I believe sunlight breaks it down in a week or so, so keep the reservoir out of direct light if using that method, which is the most effective in my opinion. Omri listed and I also use that water to irrigate my plants and starts.

I saw on FB where you have a small water garden big bowl or half plastic whiskey barrel put in it some water plants and a goldfish no pump. Larvae of mosquito feeds fish I'm going to try a few this year.
It's probably really wet there. I'd mow it as low as I could and see if I could landscape the area a bit better to eliminate the water problem. I've also added dry mulch to try to soak up the water that the mosquitos are breeding in. It's crazy when the ground is so wet that mosquitos breed in it!
