I used to be severely travel sick. The bus to school was a nightmare. Eventually I sat near the front downstairs, didn't read & chatted to my friends it eventually wore off. I still struggle a bit & a doctor I met on holiday recommended Phenergon (not sure that's how to spell it) it helps.

Good luck to your daughter. Travel sickness is awful & I hope she's like me & her body will adapt to the travel.

The worst thing for travel sickness, I find, is reading or looking at phone and such.

My niece always had to sit to look straight ahead, never look through a side window and never read when vehicle is moving.

can she sit right at the front without a head rest obstructing her view. Motion sickness is worse when you have a fixed object in front of you and everything else is moving around you.

If you want to go homeopathy, colocynthis by far the best. Closely followed by dr's prescription for morning sickness (can be taken even if you're not pregnant). And last but not least, good old Vicks inhaler or lavender oil drop at base of neck. Nausea is a curse.

Good luck.

Some say put a newspaper on the seat under you.
Did u try a homepathic remedy?
Ask for advice in health shop for a remedy?
Sit nearer 2 front of bus; not over the wheel?

Sit as near to the front as she can and look ahead. Reading or looking down using a mobile definitely won’t help and will make her feel worse x

My daughter suffers terribly and has since a baby. We’ve bought sickness patches off Amazon, she puts one by her ear and by her belly button and wears travel bands and they seem to work, they last all day as well.

We travel up north quite often on a 5 hour journey and the sickness tablets weren’t working, since having these shes not been sick.

They wasn’t that expensive but maybe worth a try. Also she sits either in the front of the car or the middle seat in the back and looks forward, no reading or mobile phone. X
