SEO in a legal firm

Hey guys, one of my clients (a legal firm) when you search "lawyers + location name" brings up an image card beside their search listing of one of their employees.

Only problem is the employee in question is not one of the main management team. How do I override this and show either the company logo or a more appropriate photo?

There is a photo section in the Google dashboard and it has a couple options I think including upload logo

Look into GoogleMyBusiness or you can also "suggest edit"
