Wondering if anyone had any recommendations of things to do in London!

We are heading to London for a couple of days at the end of the month and wondered if anyone had any recommendations of things to do whilst we are there. 2 adults and 2 children (11 & ).

Anyone been to the national history museum?

The Natural History Museum gets very crowded!
If you do go there then arrive when it first opens in the morning.

See if you can get tickets for a show. There are ways for tickets not to break the bank.

Science Museum and book the Wonderlab, Transport Museum, Hyde Park, Covent Garden shows and markets, see a musical, Hamleys, Harrods, Greenwich is a great day out with the Cutty Sark/Maritime Museum/lovely park, boat trip on The Thames, open-top bus ride around Central, Camden. And yes- the NHM is worth a look!

Science Museum is next door so you can do both on the same day.
