My daughter of a year and 2months, vomited twice this morning and her poo is watery, What can I do?

If your baby poo is watery and sinks into the diaper and vomiting what you do is to give ORS and ZINC.
If she is unable to tolerate the ORS or vomiting the ORS and other fluid then take her to the hospital for further evaluation and management.
Most importantly, pay attention to the baby's hygiene. Wash your hands before every feed and also after every diaper change
