Question for those of you with Gastroparesis

.. I was diagnosed summer 2022 and told it was quite severe, I was already on Omeprazole and they started Metoclopramide with not much relief.

After tests I’ve now been told I have severe Reflux disease and Esophagitis aswell, anybody dealing with all these?

I feel like o just can’t eat because I always feel sick

I've got one of the worst cases of gastroparesis that Hexham Hospital has dealt with. I've tried Omeprazole, Lanzoprazole and Domperidone. The last one made my farts sound like the quack of a duck and I couldn't say a sentence without letting one off. Not ideal

Omeprazole didn't work for me either
I have severe GERD and I am sick most nights (At 3am usually) as my Gp is an absolute waste of space. I have heard that lansoprasole as Deborah mentioned above is worth a try.

I suffered for years but just couldn't take Omeprazole as it caused terrible nausea and sickness. I am on a very similar drug now called Lansoprasole without problems. Hope you find something that works for you soon.
