How long could I expect a wood framed greenhouse to last?

I used treated lumber 20 + years ago still going strong. Michigan weather..

You can use Thompson's water seal on the wood before you install it spray a couple coats You're also could use boiled linseed oil.

Char the wood, will last forever, or just seal it.
How long depends on how you care for it. Wood can rot and break down pretty quick when wet.
