Don’t get scammed! Not sure if minors can publish themselves, ask your parents to help.

hmmm... no. do not be in a hurry. I suggest, you send the individual poems first to poetry magazines or anthologies. once you have enough individual poems published in print or online, then collect them, add new ones and you are ready to publish your own collection of poetry.

Of course, you need beta readers. they can give comments or suggestions on the strength and weakness of your collection.

You can self-pub, and the other poster who wrote about min age for KDP might be right. The book should be edited (yes, even poetry is edited---some, like me, do it with a very light hand, but nevertheless, it should be done) and then formatted to KDP specs and then uploaded.
