Does anyone know whether you can wear T-shirts over your swimming costume in Haven Parks?

My son is trans and wanting to cover up top and I wanted to wear one with him too so he doesn't feel like the only one. I have asked them but they've not responded to me yet.

What about getting him a rash vest? My youngest was much happier wearing one than going bare chested.

I don’t see how they can stop you, I wear a rash vest over my costume wherever I go swimming and have never been told I can’t.

I would get a swimming rop rather than a t-shirt purely from a safety point of view... t-shirts tend to blow up in water x

Buy a uv swim t shirt and enjoy your carabang holibob!

Have you thought of a swimming sun top/ rash vest my son wears one and so does my daughter when swimming on holiday it would be no different.

If not allowed a t shirt, have a look at rash vests. They’re made of swimming suit material so might be allowed. You can get them in places like decathlon, sports direct etc. Have a lovely holiday xx

We go to a different Haven every year and have often seen people wearing T-shirts in the pool.

Buy a rash top in a larger size. I know you're concerned about a rash top clinging but a heavy wet t-shirt clings badly too, gets stuck to skin. I remember well from wearing one when I was younger after being sunburnt. Good luck x

Hiya, my son is trans. He wears his binder and a rash vest. Loads of boys wear them so he feels fine in them. You can get adult ones in sports direct or of the internet.

My husband is incredibly thin, and he hates wearing just trunks, so he actually wears a wet suit. It is just to his knees and it short sleeved so is perfect for the pool, and your son could get away with his binder underneath (if he wears one).

Yeah I’ve worn them due to not long giving birth being self conscious it was Craig Tara a was at they were ok with it and I wasn’t the only person wearing one a few guys and woman were seems to be a pretty normal thing for people in busy swimming pools he won’t be the only one xx
