I have adapted my eating habits and been increasing exercise, shedding weight but I still have the same pot belly look I can't seem to shake. I developed it within the last 12 months or so, since a change in employment.

If it’s on your abdomen it’s visceral fat and is from commercial sugars. It’s the dangerous stuff we actually want to get rid of.
