My 3 yrs old is always having heat rashes

I try to expose him when the weather is hot, make the room airy, fan On etc. But when he just sweat a little especially when he goes to school he will have rashes mostly on his neck and chest region.

I do use visita plus whenever it's too much, if I apply it like 3 or 4 times the rashes clears and I discontinue but I don't want to continue with that always because I know the side effects of using it for a long time.

Please, How do I help him? His skin is always rough this dry season. Is there any safer cream that I can use for him.

Am using cussons baby lotion as cream for him.

1. Please DO NOT CALL every rash heat rash.

2. STOP the Vista plus immediately.

3. Please see a doctor for proper evaluation... I have a feeling what you are calling heat rash is NOT heat rashes. Heat rashes don't happen recurrently if your child is cool and sleeping in airy room. Heat rash DO NOT RESPOND to steroid cream.
