I saw this shared by someone and bought it. This is the result after a week. After trying different method to eliminate gnats. this is the only thing that really works.

They will be back in a week... you have to capture adults and kill larvae in the soil. Water the soil with a Mosquito Bits (BT) tea.

Hydrogen peroxide is the best solution. Just pour it on like a watering and it will kill the eggs they lay in the soil.

I totally agree. I tried need oil. I didn't find it very effective. To be fair to product, to be used as a preventive or a mild infestation it probably would work.

Could also try neem powder, dissolve some in water and soak soil with it. Kills larvae and keep those sticky traps on for adults.
