My daughter is the same. Primark women's, size 4,6,8 but look at the leg length, they do longer leg if you look x

I have 36 inch legs, and live by new look tall, they also do long which is 34 inches.

My 13 year old is really tall / long legged and slim and best we have found is Hollister. Unfortunately they’re not cheap but they fit lovely and wash really nice too.
